Who would have thought that ASUS might simply follow Apple’s move in introducing Pads into the market? With Apple showing tremendous success over their iPad sales, it also seems that computer manufacturers around the world are trying their level best to emulate Apple’s success, simply by introducing their version of Pads into the market.
ASUS is not an exception, whereby the computer manufacturer has made plans to introduce their EEE Pad into the market, in as early as June this year. Also, the EEE Pad will be officially introduced to the media at the Computex 2010, and it seems that the EEE Pad might be running on the Google Android operating system. The EEE Pad will also be equipped with USB connectivity, and integrated webcam, and Flash as well.
The cost to purchase an EEE Pad is estimated to be around $15,000-16,000 TD (or about $480-510).
