Personally, I find e-readers to be a huge scam. The underlying technology promises cheap reading devices, but so far all of the electronics manufacturers are pushing the price of their e-readers on an upward trend. Generally, yet another electronics manufacturer has entered the e-reader race, and it’s none other than Bookeen Orizon.
According to Bookeen Orizon, they will be unveiling their multitouch 6-inch Sipix display sometime in May, and it will be available in the United States and UK at the initial stage. Also, the e-reader will come equip with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, which I think is pretty impressive.
Well if you fancy the Bookeen Orizon e-reader, it’s yours for $250 – which I think is too darn expensive.
