Britain, the Last Nation in Recession PDF Print E-mail
Written by Users Idea

We’ve already seen the adverse effects caused by the global recession, whereby leading countries in the world has recorded that their economy shrank considerably, due to the 2008-2009 recession. Nevertheless, it also seems that Britain might be the last nation that is still in recession, whereby the respective government has declared that their economy has shrank 0.3 percent in the third quarter. Contrary to Britain, the United States, Japan, France and Germany has recorded considerable growth, which signifies that these nations are out of recession.

Personally, I believe that Britain’s economy will soon return to growth. Of course, I think that the government should do more to their economy, with hopes of ultimately reviving the economy. On the other hand, the British government should also cease their political indifferences and work together for a full economic recovery.
