We’ve seen plenty of USB drives which are made from various types of materials, namely wood, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic rubber, and many more. Surely, designer Shu-Chun Hsiao has brought the whole concept for the USB drives to the next level, whereby he created the world’s first USB drives which are encased in concrete. Literally, the USB drive is indeed encased in a concrete block, and it also shows 128g as its design, which means that the drive has 128GB in storage capacity.
Also, the concrete USB drive has a name, and the designer has named it as the Memory Weight, which I think reflects the overall design. However, I believe that the concrete USB drive is merely a conceptual design, and I don’t think that the designer will put it in full production, as clearly, nobody in the right mind would want to use such a heavy device as their USB storage device right?
