We all know that the latest technology in cars, made almost everything possible, such as showing you the right way via the GPS unit, and if your car is stolen, you can simply issue an order via the computer to brick it. Of course, with such high tech onboard cars these days, it also seems that a disgruntled Texas Auto Center salesman bricked at least 100 cars which are owned by the company’s customers.
Basically, the auto salesman activated the WebTeck system onboard the cars via the comfort of his home, which ultimately bricked the cars to be useless and lifeless automobile. Of course, Texas Auto Center has already reset the password on the system, and they even figured out on the culprit who caused such havoc, which resulted in the arrest of Omar Ramos-Lopez.
So if you own a WebTeck system in your car, perhaps it’s time that you should take a closer look at the system at a different perspective point of view.
