I live in the city, and it’s generally hard to save money living in such environment. Living in the city is fantastic, but the lifestyle is somewhat different whereby city people like to wear branded clothes and drive expensive cars. When I just started my city life, saving money here is nearly impossible, as you are always tempted to buy things that you don’t need, or perhaps to spend bucket loads of cash at the nearest bar, just to improve your public relations with your colleagues. Generally, it’s not really that hard to save money, whereby all you need to do is to start a savings account, and deposit a certain percentage of your income into the respective account. Also, you’ll have to promise yourself not to spend the money that you have saved, unless the situation involves emergency cases. And before you know it, they money that you have saved will increase significantly and you can use it for various purposes, such as investing it into real estate, or perhaps to finance your future business. Personally, I believe that everyone should start a savings account and start saving money, as clearly, you’ll need a significant amount of cash in order to deal with unforeseen circumstances.
