Huawei is definitely unleashing their barrage of slates into the market, in which the company has already showcased their Ascend D1, and they are now in preparation for their upcoming 10-inch slate, dubbed as the MediaPad. Basically, the slate comes with a nifty 10-inch screen, and it also has a durable metal casing too.

Other features included on the 10-inch slate include an 8-megapixel camera, and it also runs on the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. Although the respective slate isn’t bound for the local market anytime soon, but you can get the respective slate in the Russian market. According to insiders, you can get the slate for roughly 20,000 Russian Rubles (or around $670).
