Who would like to know the sales rate for the iPad in the next 72 hours? Well if you have been anxiously waiting for the sales results for the ingenious iPads, according to an unofficial source of information, it seems that the iPad sales is projected to hit an astonishing 150,000 units in the next 72 hours, after the official launch by Apple.

Also, according to Apple, if the iPad does reach such sales pattern, it might eventually overtake the iPhone sales, when the iPhone was initially released into the market, just a couple of years ago. Basically, analysts are predicting that the iPad sales will amount to 120,000 units on the first 24 hours, but the sales figures will subsequently go down when it is nearing the 72 hours.
