We all know that the WiMAX war in the states are heating up, and more wireless companies are already churning out their WiMAX solutions into the market. Nevertheless, Novatel is one of such companies which hopes to churn out their WiMAX solutions for consumers, and it seems that they might be exploring the possibilities of offering WiMAX-based MiFi to consumers.
If this particular technology succeeds, it will allow consumers to surf the internet at blazing speeds - 30Mbps down / 10Mbps up. Well I’m already sold by the speedy wireless internet access, but there’s no solid word on when this particular technology is available for consumers.
