Just imagine giving commands to your toy helicopter, whereby you can set instructions to the helicopter, simply by uttering these words to the toy. Of course, Taiyo has earlier release their very first toy helicopter which has such functionalities, but it seems that the Robust Robotics Group at MIT has replicated their success, simply by introducing their very own voice activated helicopter, called the quad-copter.
Basically, the helicopter responds to voice commands, and these commands must be delivered naturally so that the onboard computer can properly compute your commands. Generally, the Robust Robotics Group at MIT even showcased the helicopter’s capabilities, simply by uttering commands through an iPhone.
