It seems that the average rates for a 30-year mortgage has sink further, whereby the average is now at 4.78 percent as compared to 4.83 percent just last week. On the other hand, the Federal Reserve has kept their end of the bargain, whereby the respective organization has disclosed that they will maintain the interest rates in the market at an all time low.
Personally, I truly believe that this is the best time to purchase a home. With home prices falling off the roof just a couple of months ago, and coupled this with low mortgage rates, I’m sure that this is the deal of the lifetime that you shouldn’t miss.

I feel that the President Barack Obama is the first US President that really focuses on the global climate change. I have never seen any US Presidents that have placed such importance on limiting greenhouse gas emissions in the country. And for those who kept a close watch on the 2008 Presidential election, I’m very sure that you’ll know that Obama has promise to keep greenhouse gas emission for the country to an all time low.
Nevertheless, the President has in fact disclosed that he has already set a target of reducing at least 17 percent of greenhouse gas levels from 2005 by 2020. Personally, I believe that with such significant reduction in greenhouse gases, perhaps we can divert global warming from happening?
