We’ve already seen the adverse effects caused by the global recession, whereby leading countries in the world has recorded that their economy shrank considerably, due to the 2008-2009 recession. Nevertheless, it also seems that Britain might be the last nation that is still in recession, whereby the respective government has declared that their economy has shrank 0.3 percent in the third quarter. Contrary to Britain, the United States, Japan, France and Germany has recorded considerable growth, which signifies that these nations are out of recession.
Personally, I believe that Britain’s economy will soon return to growth. Of course, I think that the government should do more to their economy, with hopes of ultimately reviving the economy. On the other hand, the British government should also cease their political indifferences and work together for a full economic recovery.

It seems that the US dollar has further slumped against major currencies in the world, particularly the Euro. According to the latest exchange rate, the Euro has climbed considerably when compared to the American dollar, whereby the New York trading has recorded a significant increase from $1.4975 to $1.5077.
Personally, I believe that although the US dollar has slumped against major currency, this somehow made American business more competitive as clearly, the cost for services and other manufactured goods are lower now. Still, economic powerhouse such as China might cry foul over the devaluation of the US currency, since China is one of the biggest buyers for US Treasury Bonds.

President Barack Obama inherited 2 major wars in which he did not start, and to make things worst, he also inherited the country’s worst recession in history. Nevertheless, judging by the fact that the economy is doing much better when compared to a year ago, Obama aims to end the war in Afghanistan, which is pulling a lot of American resources.
Personally, I believe that the President should quickly end the war in Afghanistan. The President made this particular vow during his campaigning days in the 2008 Presidential election, and I trust that he should keep his promises that he made a year ago.
Perhaps the war can be ended swiftly by sending more fresh troops into the battlefield?

We’ve already seen a fair share of scenarios when it comes to Black Friday deals in the past, whereby scores of consumers lined up in front of US retailers, hoping to purchase goods at rock bottom prices. Nevertheless, the 2008 Black Friday event was a total disaster as shoppers shy away from shopping in these retail outlets due to the adverse effects of the economic recession. Nevertheless, the 2009 Black Friday event is closing and that US retailers are once again banking on this single day with hopes of raising their sales figure.
Will you shop considerably on the upcoming Black Friday?
